MapmyIndia Takes the ‘Leading from the Back’ Journey Forward with its Next Leadership Cohort

The Leading from the Back journey continues at MapmyIndia, with the next cohort of leaders from across the organisation coming together for the Leading from the Back: Discovery Workshop at FORE School of Management, New Delhi.

Facilitated by the Leading from the Back team, the one-day workshop built on the journey initiated with the first cohort, bringing another group of MapmyIndia leaders together to explore an approach to leadership centred on trust, ownership, collaboration and empowerment.

Through discussions and experiential learning, participants explored how leadership can go beyond directing teams to enabling people to take greater ownership, contribute more effectively and step forward to lead.

The workshop also offered participants an opportunity to reflect on how these principles can be applied within their own teams and across the organisation, creating an environment where people are trusted and empowered to contribute towards shared goals.

With the participation of each new cohort, the Leading from the Back philosophy continues to reach more leaders across MapmyIndia. The journey strengthens the idea that leadership is not limited to those at the front, but is also reflected in how people create opportunities for others to take responsibility, contribute and lead.
