Leadership in Action: MapmyIndia Leaders at the “Leading from the Back: Discovery Workshop”

Leaders from across MapmyIndia recently participated in the Leading from the Back: Discovery Workshop at FORE School of Management, New Delhi. The two-day immersive programme explored a simple yet powerful leadership philosophy: true leadership is not about always leading from the front, but about empowering others to grow, take ownership, and succeed.
