Integrated GPS navigation system, available as standard equipment in BMW 7 series models, Rely on MapmyIndia’s highly accurate digital maps

The integrated navigation system will be a standard feature in all BMW 7 Series models.
MapmyIndia’s detailed maps, used by BMW’s integrated navigation system, can be viewed on the high-resolution display and zoomed as needed. BMW India dealership locations and contact details are also mapped in the BMW Navigation Professional to provide easy access for after sales and service across all locations in India. The map updates will be available at BMW India dealerships twice a year keeping the data current and more comprehensive with enhanced navigable attributes like one-way, turn restrictions etc. and more number of cities at a detailed level. The navigation map data from MapmyIndia includes highly detailed street level maps for some 902 Indian cities as well as national connectivity to over 574,000 towns and villages connected by over one million kilometers of highways and road network. The maps also highlight some three million points of interest across 50 categories of attractions such as hotels, restaurants, ATMs, petrol pumps, etc. Map content will be updated every six months. BMW’s integrated GPS navigation system is user-friendly and guides you to your destination smoothly and quickly.
The destination can be easily keyed into the system in a variety of formats – PIN (Postal Identification Number), intuitive spelling entry or through previous destinations memorized by the system. The current location of the car is established by the system, calculating the best route and guiding you step-by-step to the destination.
