EatFit, one of India’s largest healthy food platforms, will be integrating MapmyIndia’s Location APIs that will enable it to improve the app experience, reduce delivery times and improve the overall user experience.
With food delivery becoming an increasingly common thing of the present, especially during the pandemic, ordering food has never been more convenient or safe. Keeping that in mind, this partnership aims to make the food experience customer-centric.
MapmyIndia’s location APIs augment the EatFit applications in several ways to enable the map functionality through the address picker and auto-suggest features. Additionally, to aid in accurate delivery, MapmyIndia is providing the routing algorithm for tracking and distance matrix APIs to improve EatFit kitchen discoverability and hence optimise the delivery network.
EatFit and MapmyIndia aspire to provide users with the ultimate food delivery experience that can help make India healthier and hyperlocal by utilising the best-in-class location tech that MapmyIndia has built for the entirety of India. Currently, EatFit is present in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mysore & Coimbatore, and further planning expansion across India.
